Mentoring
The Black Leadership Initiative matches participants with experienced senior college managers - including Principals - from other institutions, who act as their mentor.

Secondment
Through the BLI secondment programme, successful participants are placed in one-term to one-year secondments into middle or senior management posts at an FE college or related institution.

Work-Shadowing
Through the BLI shadowing programme, successful participants have the opportunity to undertake a five to ten day placement within one of the key agencies within the learning and skills sector.

Coaching
