The Network for Black Professionals is part of a consortium led by FPM Training that will deliver the Children’s Workforce Development Council’s (CWDC) Management Development Programme aimed at frontline managers of services for young people. "Very many positives: from relationship-building to insights into management and understanding more about the IYSS agenda - an excellent programme..." - Mark Brotherton, Team Manager, Behaviour Education and Support Team, St Helens The Management Development Programme is fully-funded by the CWDC. It enables front line managers to develop a core of management skills, behaviours and knowledge geared to the delivery of integrated youth support services at the frontline. FPM Training are now running an open course in London at the following dates: January 25th and 26th 2010 February 22nd and 23rd 2010 March 22nd and 23rd 2010 Full details can be found in the programme brochure.
